About this Minnesota Chapter Site There is clear demand from attorneys, corporate counsel,
adjusters and parties to know more specific information about a given
neutral: their practice experience, qualifications, language skills,
dispute areas in which they have previously mediated, and so on. This
website allows the visitor to find the state's most experienced ADR
professionals quickly and easily. There is also the common difficulty of
settling upon a mutually agreed date for a mediation or arbitration -
and MinnesotaMediators.org serves as a daily scheduling aid to attorneys and staff.
Membership: Membership in the Minnesota Academy is by invitationonly. Membership is limited
